BREEZY BRACES UPDATE

Hello loves! I'm here to give you a breezy braces update. As you may know or have read, I recently got breezy braces with tend dental studio in NYC a few months ago. A little reminder, breezy braces are basically invisible braces that are on the back of your teeth so you can't see them when you smile or talk because they aren't on the front of your teeth! I felt like this was a great option for me because I really didn't want my friends or people I'm working with to be able to tell that I have braces. Plus, these were a perfect option for me because I was really mainly concerned with gaps and spaces I had in my teeth so breezy braces were the best option for me to help correct that. With that being said, I wanted to give you guys an update as it's been a few moths since having my very first wire on. I won't like, the first two weeks were pretty hard adjusting to the braces. It was hard to talk with them on and they were cutting my mouth up really badly. But, the tend did warn me of this so I was prepared and knew to only eat soft foods for the first few days since my teeth were so sensitive, to take advil every few hours, and they also gave me this rubber gum that I was able to put over some of my braces where they were sharp and cutting my mouth. In the end, it only took a few weeks to get used to them and now I barely notice them at all! Plus, it feels so rewarding because I've already seen MAJOR improvement in how my teeth look. Some of my gaps and spaces are closing and I'm so happy with the progress so far (adding a picture below so you guys can see the changes too)!!
