Five Fall Staples

Fall is officially here with the temperatures dropping, pumpkin spice lattes brewing, and sweaters coming out from under the bed! I can't lie - I am very excited for fall this year and I feel like more so than I normally am. Fall is definitely my favorite season to dress for because I feel like there's endless options of layering, mixing and matching, and it's just so cozy and cute. With that being said, I think there are a definitely some basics that everyone should have in their closet for a fall capsule wardrobe that I wanted to share with you all.

Camel sweater

There's truly no better staple than a good cardigan because it's a great layering piece, you can mix and match with other pieces, and this camel color is so gorg and goes with so much! I just got this cardigan and have already worn it so much and brought it with me to paris and wore it all the time!

Leather Pants

There's no better staple for fall than leather pants and these abercrombie one are the perfect addition to any wardrobe. Dress them down sneakers and a sweater or dress them up with booties and a cute top and you're good to go!

Trench Coat

A trench coat is the perfect fall coat to add to your wardrobe because it's heavy enough to keep you warm but light enough that you can still wear it without overheating. You can throw it over a t-shirt and jeans, a sweater, wear it with trousers - there's so many endless options with this classic piece!

Black dress

Every girl needs the perfect black dress in her wardrobe and this skims one is amazing! Her stuff is always such good quality and this is a great basic you can dress it up with boots or heels or dress it down with sneakers and a leather jacket. The best thing about this dress is it is insanely flattering and comfortable!

Black bodysuit

A black bodysuit is a must have in my wardrobe for all seasons in my opinion but a long sleeve option like this is super cute if you want something a little dressier for going out because of the plunge neckline! I have three bodysuits from this brand and they're all amazing quality - pairs this with jeans and black heels and you're good to go for a night out with your friends!
