Hi loves and happy August! I seriously cannot believe this summer is coming to an end but I also cannot believe that after two years, I am officially back in the office three WHOLE days every week. With that being said, I've been getting creative with my meal prepping and my favorite meal is of course breakfast so I thought I'd share three healthy yet also yummy breakfast ideas that you can easily pack and take with you wherever you're headed
Overnight Oats
This has been a go-to recipe of mine for awhile now because they're tasty, filling, and super easy to make! Whether you're going into the office or just want to make to have at home, this is the perfect, easy go-to breakfast to have on hand. Oats are satiating, they're a great source of fiber, and you can add whatever in them to make them to your liking! I'll add one of my favorite go-to recipes below but you can always add your own twist on them depending on what you like like you can add almond butter, apples instead of bananas, greek yogurt, and more!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- one spoonful of non fat plain greek yogurt
- sliced banana and handful of blueberries
- dash of maple syrup
- cinnamon

To start, I mash a whole banana in my glass container, add all your ingredients and mix it all together, and then just let it sit overnight in the fridge and they'll be ready to enjoy the next morning! Super easy and quick yet still nutritious and will keep you full!
Chia Seed Pudding
Next up we have chia seed pudding! Chia seeds are full of fiber and omegas and are super good for us plus they're filling and you can add anything you want on top of this delish pudding!
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- dash of maple syrup
- cinnamon
- granola, fruit, almond butter

All you have to do for this recipe is mix together the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup and let sit overnight or for around 3-4 hours! Then I just top with fruit, granola, and almond butter in the morning when I'm ready to eat it :) Super yummy and filling and I love the texture of the pudding!
PB & B on a Whole Wheat English Muffin
This is definitely one of my favorites and always a go to when I'm working from home or just have a little more time in the morning and don't have to bring my breakfast on the go! I love to toast a whole wheat english muffin and add peanut butter, banana, a drizzle of honey, cinnamon, and sprinkle on some chia seeds!

Yogurt Bowl
Last but definitely not least is my favorite yogurt bowl! I've always been a huge yogurt fan and these are always a go to of mine during the summer because they're so refreshing! You can add whatever toppings you want but I swear by my combo below :) I'll pack this to go and bring with me to the office or enjoy at home!
3/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup purely elizabeth original granola
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
banana, strawberries, blueberries
drizzle of honey
cinnamon

Hope you guys got some breakfast inspiration from this post and don't forget to tag me if you try any of these recipes out yourself!
XOXO,
Averie
