Life Update

Hi Babes!! I feel like it's been ages since I've written a post but I'm back and better than ever! I honestly feel like the last few weeks have been a blur and it's felt like months have passed instead of only weeks (I seriously can't believe June is almost over)! I figured since it's been a minute, I'd hop on here and give you guys a little life update and get you up to speed on what's been up lately.

First, I started a new position as an assistant buyer at my company about two months ago so it's been a whirlwind trying to onboard and train virtually but it's also been so exciting! I feel like this position is something I'm super excited and interested about so I'm pumped to see where it takes me. I also went into a few meetings over the past few weeks which was crazy because I haven't been to anything work related in person since last March. I don't know about you guys or what your work is like but I'm personally pretty excited to start going back into the office again and ditch working from home. There's just something about the hustle and bustle or working in NYC that I miss that you just don't get when working form your 600 sqft apartment, ya know? Anyways, that's my life update with work!

Otherwise, nothing too crazy has been going on in my life. I went home for 2 weeks to Kansas City to see my family and friends and it was so nice to be home and to take a little breather. BUT, now I am so excited to be back in NYC for the my first official summer in the city. I feel like experiencing the city with my friends post covid is going to make this summer one I never forget! It's time for hot girl summer right?? Cue all the boys, bars, and booze that I'll be indulging in this summer.

I seriously hope that you guys are having the best start to summer and are getting back to some kind of normalcy post covid because we all deserve it! Can't wait to talk to you guys next time!
