My Overnight Oats Recipe

Hey guys! This week I wanted to share my favorite overnight oats recipe. I love making these when I know I'm going to have a busy day at work the next day or just for a quick breakfast to have on hand. They're so easy to make, so delicious, and super nutritious. I hope this gives you some inspiration to up your breakfast game and make these the nest time you're getting bored of your typical brekkie.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder ( could also use real peanut/almond butter)

  • 1 banana

  • dash of vanilla

  • cinnamon

Directions:

Mash half your banana, add in all of your other ingredients, mix it all together, top with leftover banana slices, and let sit overnight and enjoy in the morning!
